Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

For the past 1.5 years my mom is having throat issues, always she has a thread of phlegm in her throat, and when she talks she has to do hmm hmm sound then only she will speak, she has migraine and she is diabetic. Because of phlegm she feels uncomfortable to talk. What could be the reason.

My eyes are itchy from time to time. There is also a cold. Now a small headache. Occasionally it will change. Will come back in a few days. When I saw the doctor before, he said it was an allergy. A good medicines and antibiotic suggest  for me

Was wearing headphones and all of a sudden felt reduced hearing in my right ear and some tik tik sound ...After a day it went back to normal ...but felt alternate ear block ..and started having severe ear pain like burning sometimes from both ears on and off ...Later on everything was almost normal and 2 weeks later feel this mild alternate ear block but not that severely and pain also comes and goes and feel right ear is not clear like left ear ... Sometimes ear pain is unbearable ... Please advise

I have rashes and redness inside mouth and I am feeling breathlessness,body pain and weakness sine last 1 one month. Taken medicines but no relief. All blood reports, chest CT scan, ecg and echo are normal. Please advice

Please check attached reports of throat swab culture and USG of neck. I was diagnosed with abdominal tuberculosis last month and I have no symptoms of tuberculosis, treatment started on the basis of CT scan. I have pain in  throat and also pain below jaws and also right  lower neck near just above  collar bone when I turn my head. I have no fever only tiredness. Please suggest best treatment.

In order to open my mouth fully I have to deviate my mouth to the right side cause without deviation it's not opening.I have a clicking sound on my jaw and now it's on my both jaw . .  I have been suffering from this problem since 5 years  and my right side of the jaw is very tight.what can I do now.should I open my mouth with the deviation or not .If I don't do that my mouth will not open and it'll get stuck.

I have tinnitus since last Oct, i have suffered a lot, went through many prescribed medicines like multivitamins, steroids(medrol), renerve plus inj, omega capsules like aZ gold etc. Nothing seems to work, since last 2-3 mnths i am off all the meds, my tinnitus was remaining at a stable level say 3/10, but when i lift dumbells (5kg, 10x3 reps) at night i get high freq sound. I highly dbt if its related to ear. Recently there was a incident like for a minute or 2 my affected ear(left) gote a huge tinnitus spike and i had weird sensation in my lower body too. I am really very worried that if smthing happened in my head due to which this is happened! I have been to 2-3 ents but no one is asking for any imaging! I jst dnt want to eat to multivitamins just like that and also tht causes serious rashes on my body.. this spike incident was nt d frst time happened it happened before too, when it happns it feels like sm weird sensation in lower body as well. Please help me, i am very very scared

Hello I have mild pain at the back of my throat, mild pain when I swallow smtg. Also for past few days I've been hearing humming sound, this could be due to cold. I do t have a running nose, nor do I have fever. Could you suggest smtg to reduce humming sound and throat pain.
