Hi...wax(cerumen) is protective to the ear canal...Ear has a self cleaning mechanism. It gets disrupted when the canal is cleaned aggressively with ear buds... When water enters the ear...the wax swells up and causes ear blockage!!

Hi , you can use Dewax ear drops ( 5 drops one time at least five times daily) , in case of burning or itching you should stop the ear drops Visit the nearest ent to get it cleaned
