Ulcer at soft palate
One of my friend used to chew panmasala. He has ulcer at his soft palate which was reddish and painful initially but after using zytee gel, limcee and bevon capsules, pain and redness is now gone. But there is still a patch which is depressed at centre. Please see image attached and please tell me is this a cancer?

Your friend has oral submucous fibrosis. With leukoplakia which are premalignant conditions. Any ulcer that does not heal dor more than 3 weeks should be taken seriously and shown to a ent surgeon or head and neck oncologist. If it has reduced it is ok otherwise consult in person immediately
