I have lower jaw pain under ear lobe since may. I have ear pain, lower jaw pain under earlobe and side of the neck. It started after I chew some soft food more than usual. Next day, heard a pop in the jaw and jaw pain started with swelling. Severe ear pain and pain under earlobe. It hurts to touch under the earlobe since may. Swelling is mild and it's the same till today.no changes in swelling. Went to ENT on june. No Infection in sinus and ear. From July, side of the neck is swollen mild and hurts to touch. I have a small peas size lump on the side of the neck. It hurts to touch the lump and side of the neck. It's severe sore pain. Went to the dentist and told me to extract upper wisdom tooth and I did that. Still the same symptoms. I have feel like something stuck in my throat all the time and difficult to swallow. No throat pain or redness. I still have jaw pain under earlobe and neck. It hurts sore on top side of the head above the ear too. It hurts to touch the sore spots. help.

There could be two reasons, one is infection located in the gland below the ear and second is due to jaw joint stiffness.
You have a lump in the neck, indicates infection. You will need a course of antibiotics along with some muscle relaxant.
