Respected Sir, Iam suffering from pain and pressure inside ear and I have already sinusitis since 1 year, please suggest me zandu balm or vicks vaporup which is good for steam inhalation, how many times in a day with duration sir

Karvol plus or karvol is bettter. Do not consume those tablets. Put them in water and take steam thrice a day
