Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Only a mild irritation in throat which causes cough can be a symptom of coronavirus ??? Or its just a viral ???

In the morning when I wake up nose and upper back end of mouth gets sensitive and I start sneezing continuosly for 3-4 times. As the day goes on it gets normal only sometimes the nose gets blocked on one of the sides, but there is no sneezing. Also the sensitivity increases when I am too much around water for eg taking a bath for too long or doing dishes for too long.

Head spinning, dizziness, weakness, headache, eyes pain, shoulders pain, back pain, constipation... ...

What is best treatment for Eustachian tube dysfunction. I used steaming, nasal spray, and tablet allurecet but noe luck. I'm worried about the ringing sound and how many days it'll be like this. As this is so uncomfortable to hear anything.

I can see red vain inside right upper throat. It's not painful but I feel irritation and swallowing and right ear since on month. One month back I had fever and throat infection. Now I am fine but this throat irritation is still there.
