Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

From few days my ears are itchy at times, and a little bit of cough with mucus, making it difficult to sleep and uncomfortable. Please suggest what can be done.

I had one swollen lymph nodes in  right posterior neck (1.2*0.7cm) for six months. The node is moveable and painless and remained constant for aix months without increase in size. I also had palpable lymph nodes in inguinal region which is in left side. Tht node is small , Moveable but palpable. These are my two fnac report. Should i go for biopsy? Im felling healthy and no other symptoms.

Hello, I have been feeling irritation around throat and tightness since 3 months. I visited clinic and was advised to take steam inhale and some antibiotics, anti allergic medicine. But still nothing is improved so everyday when ai wake up I feel tightness and sometime feel pain while swallowing. Can someone recommend what should be done

I'm get blood from my ear after cleaning wax yesterday and also paining but there is no hearing problem . What should I do

For the past few days there is a pain in right side of the jaw and today I found swelling in the muscle below eye.also ear pain is there not severe but mild .can I take pentid?

Dear Sir. I'm suffering from 2 problems 1st is hyperplastic squamous epithelium of tongue no evidence of granuloma and malignancy in that report. biopsy done before 2 years. 2nd Granular pharyngitis since 1yrs.(as said by maxillofacial SURGEON&MBBS both Dr) Visited to many drs and took lots of antibiotics/antioxidant/gargle etc. But the problem is persist is granular pharyngitis curable or not..?? Is there any connection between my tongue issue with pheryngitis...?? Why even after taking lots of medicines it's not getting cure..?? is granular pharyngitis life threatening..?? Please help me out 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Now a days , as soon as I lie down (especially lie on my back) to sleep at night, I start getting severe cough and sometimes wheezing too. It reduces a little if i lie on my side or if i sit down. The coughing starts in the night only and it's too much. It doesn't happen when I take a nap any other time of the day. What could be the issue??

I have to clear my throat mucus continuously and I also have sore throat ,I feel like that my right part of nose is always blocked and left ear is also blocked there always remain a sensation sometimes I feel that enough air is not coming from nose
