Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi Doctor, Myself having tonsillitis problem for an year now. My throat is getting infected every 2 months once and getting slight fever plus joint pain. When I visited Ent doctors they are said it's because of tonsils and you need to get oprated if it is repeated problem. Can you please advise operation is the only solution? Also do I get joint pain while having tonsils?

I'm having pain near Adam's apple. That sometimes affects inside pain too. But now majorly pain seems outside.

From last 3 days she feels pain in the right ear and unable to hear properly. She feels like something sticked inside the ear. Please suggest some medicine for rectification of problem

I take revotril 0.5mg a day can it cause breathlessness or weakness and fatigue just tell me it's unwanted results

Got diagnosed for Sinusitis before 2 months through xray. On antibiotic and steam since thn...it reduces somedays and it's back again. Head buring sensation, face pain, neck pain, dizziness sometimes, throat conjection and nose conjection sometimes...what should I do should I continue or anything else I should do??? I'm experiencing cold-like symptoms (a runny nose - my hankerchief is always in use) for a prolonged period (over a year). Throat itching followed by ears mostly happens when I wake up in morning or evening, followed by constant sneezing and runny nose. No fever. The portion from the head to throat feels congested, although I'm able to focus on work. Doesn't lead to weakness, just uncomfortable. Other symptoms: stuffed nose, ear congestion. These symptoms have now started to show up suddenly, sometimes mild and sometimes severe like last night. The ordeal sometimes lasts for over an hour, and there have been many times when I'm okay within 15 minutes. Drinking hot water sometimes gives temporary relief. I'm not taking any medication for this problem. Such was not an issue back in Chennai and Bombay. Happens only in Delhi.

Hi doctor, I have dry cough since 1 month It occurs specially while in travel to work and after eating food I normally eat white bread and butter in the morning and bhaji and bread or masala rice in the afternoon My travelling time going and coming back from office is almost 2.5 hours in rikshaw X ray report is normal but blood sugar levels are 121 in fasting C reactive protein is 10 Pls advise
