Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi doctor I have Itchy nose, sneezing and itchy throat, sometimes light breathing.. family doctor suggested to take allrite dc tablet which is combination of Levocetirizine and Phenylephrine. can i take daily bed time. Please suggest..

I have ulcers on uvula ENT doctor told me its acute phyrangotonsilities , im in medications from yesterday I have below Doubts:- 1) Does ulcers become more and then comes down ?? 2) Or it will gradually reduce day by day. Kindly please let me know What happens from day 1 to day 5??

My mouth n tongue burns. I have cheek cuts. Even cuts on tongue. Teeth n lips have become very sensitive. Taking medicine for infection but no relief. I am also suffering from stomach n chest burning.

Hello dear Doctors. Hope everyone are fine and staying safe. My right ear is clogged for few weeks now. I feel pressure in the right side of head just above the right inner ear, I feel dizzy at particular head movements and while exerting pressure, my hearing is muffled in right ear alone. Sometimes I feel nausea and vomitting sensation. When I tilt my head to left and tilt it slowly to the right I feel like there is some fluid which wants to flow out, but the flow is being blocked. I have no other issues like cough, cold, throat irritation, runny nose, headache or breathing issues. The ear clog is causing lot of discomfort to perform my daily activities, I am very worried. Please help me with a remedy.

Once upon a time , in night , was yawning , with moving head up and down direction, and once felt pain on moving downwards like the full opened air canal is pressed by back of neck ,in a matter of seconds , now tomorrow still remains a bit pain , i think its normal and pain caused will be back in few days , again , the incident was excersing the head up and down while yawning

Dear Doctor, As per MRI report my airway was severely narrowed due to a growth in vocal cord.I was feeling breathlessness and  have undergone tracheostomy 0n 30/07/20. Post Tracheostomy,during suctioning of phlegm, coughing is there with pain in chest.I am afraid whether the pain is in the heart /Lungs due to coughing.I have undergone PTCA in 2016. I dont know whether i have developed emphysema or pneumothorax or Pneumomediastinum or any other complications.How can it be find out?What tests are necessary pls. Is it normal to have chest pain after coughing? The area near the hole in the neck is also a little painful. Kind advise pls. Reports attached

Hi, I have right lower jaw with swelling in the jaw for more than 2 months. Went to different specialists and no answers yet. Went to ENT and had an Endo. No infection in sinus and ear. I have clogged ears for more than 2months. No wax or infection in the ear. Dentist told me to extract upper wisdom tooth and did it 4 weeks back. Still have the same symptoms. Referred me to tmj specialist. They said I have tmjd. Since last 5 days, I hear some music or soft sound like opella whenever I lie down. It will be for 5 minutes or so. If I change to my sides, it will go off. If I lay down straight on my back, I will hear it again. Is this because of my ears clogged for long time? I still have sore pain and clogged ears. I checked my ears last week too with my regular physician. No infection or fluid in the ear. What could be the reason for this sound hearing? Is it related to tmjd? I also have sore pain on top of the head that side. It hurts to touch under the ear in the lower jaw and head.
