Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Intermittent dry cough , specially after food intake or during stress ( office meetings)no sneezes

From this fnac report report is it evident that i have reactive hyperplasia. If yes then why excisonal biopsy is recommend. The node is there for 8 months size is 1.2*0.7cm and not increasing in size. Should i go for excisonal biopsy. Fnac done two times both came reactive.

I am having daily sneezing problem... Daily when i wake up i started sneezing very badly..an it continues approximately half of the day..please suggest me what to do.

I have a hard bulge below my earlobe, it is slightly attached to the mandible and can be felt until upper neck. It doesn't pain. I've had some blockage in my ear for a long time (about 8 months) while getting wax cleared recently I found the clogginess and muffled hearing still there but the amount of clog shift from one ear to other randomly like blocked nose. Also there's some clicking sound and powdery discharge few times a week along with a very mild tinnitus. Could this be an infection? Can it last that long? How can I treat it
