Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

For the last two months i suffer from throat pain and white spot on back of my throat. I have taken antibiotics and other medicines but no improvement is there. My toncil gland are also enlarged. I feel some sensation in my throat like Pin are sticking on my throat

I am 24 year old 1 month ago I got an ear infection and ringing in ear I have shown in to an ent especialist he cleaned my ear and gave me some medicines it's been a month ringing in my ear has started again and it's get louder. It is coming and going with ear pain on the outside. The ent doctor in my area will open its clinic on Wednesday what should I do till then. I am scared is it something serious I am so much in stress and when I starts to overthink it comes back again. Is it OK to wait till Wednesday I don't have any option or is it something serious plz tell me I am scared

I had swollen lymph nodes for 7 months. The node is moveable and painless. Fnac says reactive but it is not going. Wht should i do. I had no any other symtoms. Not responding to antibiotics and constant in size.

I have been diagnosed with bppv for a month. I have already taken vertin -24 mg for 20 days yet there are no major improvement. Last time epley maneuver which indicated no vertigo. Yet i had episode of vertigo for whole day. What are the possible scenarios if vertigo last for full day Other symptoms are Ear fullness (3-4 times) Trembling (once) Flatulence and gas Nausea There is no hear loss and constant pain and ringing in ear. I have following other questions Is diarrhoea associated with this ? Can being on screen or mobile be the trigger ? Do i need double pillow while sleeping? Can this lead to any major problem?
