Using Otrivin for several years regularly..Not able to withdraw it. Unable to sleep even if I try to stop it as the noses are blocking. Wanted to withdraw it.. Please suggest and guide.

Otrivin contains xylometazoline which should not be used more than three weeks as it leads to other disease called rhinitis medicamentosa
so please stop the drops immediately and take ENT online consultation to rule out the cause of your nasal block
