Lymph node swelling
I have swollen lymph nodes(2) on the right side of my neck.Noticed it yesterday only. They are painless,not visible from outside but i can touch and feel it.Do bot have any other symptoms. Please tell what could be the reason and what should i do next?

You should get your throat checked if there is infection. If u have cough and weight loss or lymphnode is increasing in size get a Sonography and FNAC of neck nodes done
