Swelling at lower portion of neck
Sir , I have a swelling band at lower potion of my neck, I have no issue in swalloning of food and no pain in my throat ,I am attaching image of my neck , please help me to understand that , it is a accumulation of fat , or some other issue , so according to that I can go for treatment.

Hello Yes there is visible bulge definitely. But we need to differentiate between thryoid swelling and normal fatty bulge. So need more information from yr side nad vedio is definitely better option
