Left lower ear and jaw swelling
Im having a swelling at left lower ear and jaw and its being difficult for me to eat and its paining like hell. What would be the reason behind it?

You seem to be suffering from acute submandibular sialadenitis which is acute infection of Submandibular salivary gland. Usually pain becomes worse during eating. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers.
