Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am enclosing the recent layranscopy. Pls suggest what to do next. I have problem in voice. Voice hoarseness.. I have to make force /power to speak longer. Can't talk more than 2-3 minutes continuously. Taken anticid from last 2 months pantop DSR and Sucral syrup. Pls advise as per the enclosed report for my treatment and what medication I need to take

Hi doctor I am having slight pain in right throat in a small area.i am taking 3 paracetamol in a day from today but the pain returns after the medicine effect is over.i feel slight pain while swallowing.please suggest.

Tonsil stones on both sides . gargling with apple cider vinegar and not not cured. How many days does it take to dissolve .last month also I had the same problem but it cured.

Had a cold , bit fever with body pain last 2 weeks back. Took Dolo-650 and everything gone within 3 days leaving cold and water discharge in nose for the same took Citrizine -3 days which resulted in complete cure. Now I am unable to smell anything sometimes but sometimes I can smell only from one nostril.

Dr m facing mild throat pain on R8 side and also I feel mild pain just below my ear lobe...have completed antibiotic course for 5 days given by ent... But still I feel mild pain... I have prob of burping and food backflows and small amt of food I feel in my mouth.. And I feel always my throat is dry and scratchy... And I feel something stuck into my throat not always but sometimes... Pls suggest me y this is happening. And treatment for this prob... Bcz I am facing this prob since 20 days...

I am having sinus congestion. I don't have nasal congestion though. I had fever and cold last week I took 5 day course of azythromycin 500 mg. But my sinus problem is persisting. I have loss of smell and taste too
