Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi, I am 26years aged Boy. had little pain in bridge of nose for 1 night ( next day it was not there ) ear block  & little nose block few days back. Consulted a doc online. Took Montair LC for 5 days, Nasivion drops 2 times 2 drops per nose & Vitamin C ( taking daily twice ) steam inhalation, salt water gargle as advised by doc. Now nose blockage & ear block has went away. From yesterday I have pain / discomfort in middle of nose. Is it the side effects of Nasal drops or anything else? Kindly let me know.

Sir after taking the bath my right ear gets numb for some time even though I don't put water in my ears

I'm having problem while breathing, feeling a bit suffocated especially at late evenings and finding it hard to smell things as well.

Hello I m facing lots of burp after eating and acidity and something stuck in my thorat like feeling  from 15 days . My child is small so I m not able to go to hospital plz help me.

From the last 3 months, often I experience mild pain in my throat during breathing. After some time it automatically gets on to right track. I have no cold, no fever , nothing. Everyday I do exercise, yoga along with consuming Kada (The mix of Tulsi, turmeric, honey, ginger e.t.c). But still pain at the throat is not vanishing. In this stage what should I do ?

I am allergic to dust and cool climate.. is it safe to use cetrizine tablets when I get full cold.. now I am using half tablet (2 days once) due to this pandemic.. Please suggest me what to do when I get cold.. Thank you 😊

I have ear infection in both the ears associated with one side headache or sometimes neck stiffness - I have taken 5 days course of antibiotics tables and ear skin infection cream as well but did not find it effective. I am little worried - can you please suggest me what should I do during this pandemic time as I am not able to go out.

Sir... I used Azithromycin tabs for 4 days before 14 days... Now today on 21.07.2020..am little bit feeling uneasy and having little kapham... Now  I am using Respril(guaiphenesin+ambroxol+tibul..) Syrup 5ml morning and night... Night with cetrizen... But it doesn't working... Can I use Azithromycin and with montelucast+ Levocetrizen

Sir/Madam, since 4 days i have been hearing costant humming sounds from my ears. In the beginning it used to come from both ears, but after 2 days, left ear became normal and my right ear is still making humming sounds constantly throughout the day. I usually listen to music at 40/100 level for 1 or 2 hours per day and not more than that. I had stopped listening music since this started.  I have also on and off cold since last week. Feeling like how one feels when coming downhill on a ghat road. Kindly advise me how to recover totally from this. Thank you.
