Hello madam, the most common reason for infant itching or rubbing the ears is hunger. Second is teething. Third allergies. Impacted wax is very rare in infants, as wax is good for the ear please don't try to remove it by yourself. You need to consult an EXPERIENCED ENT specialist for this, with doctor's examination and your history doctor can help. You can book my direct appointment for video Consultation through Practo.

Hi! Small kids have a tendency of having wax getting impacted in their ears. regularly. You have to visit a ENT specialist for ear examination. Once confirmed he/she will prescribe some wax softening drops that will soften the wax. After one week of medication you may have to follow up again for ear wash that will relieve your child’s symptoms completely.
