Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have lower jaw pain under the ear with swelling for more than 2 months. Been to different specialists. No definite answer yet. No ear or sinus infection. Ent did an Endo. Dentist said it could be Upper wisdom tooth or tooth crack in lower molar. Extracted the upper wisdom tooth 4 weeks back. Have the same symptoms after the extraction. Lower jaw pain and swelling. The pain now radiates to side of the neck. It hurts so sore and swollen on side of the neck. Top right side of the head above the ear is so sore and painful to touch. The neck and head pain been there for past 3 weeks. I hear some soft music like opera or humming or wind in my ear whenever I lie down. Its there for 15 to 20 minutes and goes off. And I will hear it again after sometime. Is this normal? I couldn't sleep because of this. I am hearing this music or soft sound since last week. Is it related to tmjd or anything wrong with the ear? My ear(only right side) is feel full and clogged for more than 2 months.thoughts?

I had covid positive 38 days back and now I become normal without any issues. But Due to taking lots of hot water and eat hot food, I have throat pain plz suggest remedies to come across the pain

Since last 1 month I am having sneezing and cough issue. After I get up I start sneezing and it continues. If I take cetzin than I am relieved for 2 days and again after 2 days it's the same. What to do should I continue cetzin course for 10 days ?

I have been having some issues with my throat for about 3 years now. My problem is my voice seems very unstable. Sometimes it low and sometimes it's high. I feel like I am putting a lot of pressure to my throat while speaking. Sometimes people have difficulty hearing me. I have to strain myself even for a normal family chat. Hello, On May 1st week i got a sore throat and it lasted for 15 days. After that the sore throat is gone but i was able to see some white plaque on my tongue. I've taken for flconazole 10 tabs, itraconazole 18 tabs, used candid mouth paint. In mid of June i felt discomfort on the same spot where the sore throat started earlier and it gave me tenderness on mid throat and on right side. Now i can feel a small hard lump over the thyroid cartilage on the right side. And it moves up when i drink water. I m still doing gargling but that white on my tongue is there, i m scraping it off every morning n night. Please help

I m feeling congestion in my nose (near eyebrows) and heaviness in my head . No mucus. I was having recurring headache from past 4 months and was taking pain killers..this month it's been 2 days I am having headache but his time there is heaviness in nose ,ears and feeling of muscle of below teeths getting stretched or feeling some sensation there..pain in the back of the head (right side)..please advise ..I m very confused..

Hi. From last 2 weeks I have swelling in my left side of neck muscle which is kind of muscle spasm and this is 3rd or 4th time I am getting in last 7-8 years which will be there for few days and goes by its own. Now from last 3 days onwards I got a weird feeling in my throat like something is stuck and choky feeling and last night I was getting slight throbbing pain after swallowing. Its not the usual one like sore throat or tonsillitis. I hv no fever or any other Covid related symptoms. I am also allergic and I get cold often. Pls suggest why I am getting this weird feeling and irritation in my throat. Thanks.

I am suffering from swollen lymph nodes in posterior neck and in groin region for 8 months. The node is not increasing in size and is constant. Size is (1.2*0.7) cm in neck. Groin node is too small and is just palpable. Done fnac and repeat fnac both came with these result. Should i now go for urgent excisinal biopsy or can i wait?
