I am having Esophagitis Grade A,I know I have asked same question before and I know it takes time but just to confirm it again I am asking this...Is there actually any obstruction in throat that is giving me feeling of food sticking in throat like my food is going slowly down? It's my feeling or there's something obstructing my throat,... please tell me is there anything that is like I have to suffer from this lifelong?

Acid reflux into the throat causes feeling of something stuck in throat. You need to use gastric medications for minimum 3months and dietary lifestyle modifications.
