Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

When i wake up my right got clogged i generally lie on right side while sleeping, and after few hours it backs to normal. I am unable to know is it due to mucus or ear wax. plz help me with a solution at home

I removed my upper right wisdom tooth 20 days back. I went for follow up and site is healed. I have lower jaw pain, ear pain and neck pain for 2 months. OMFS said this extraction will help and I did that. That doesn't help the symptoms. Have bad neck pain, ear pain and lower jaw pain with swelling. I have post nasal drip and nose congestion for more than a month. I was using antihistamine tablet and Flonase spray before extraction. Not using it after the extraction. When can we use the nasal spray after the wisdom tooth removal? Is it ok to use on tht nose? Or do we need to wait till the site is healed and gums formed? I have post nasal drip and green thick mucus through mouth. No running nose or cough. Sometimes it's white discharge. Sometimes green. But comes throughout the day. I have to clear up my throat often. What does it indicate? I went to ENT last month. He did Endo and said no infection in sinus and ear. Told me to take CT scan to see any infection. I am in USA. Pls help.

Does Apple Cider Vinegar gargel or Apple Cider Vinegar drink can cure it??? (Taking anti allergy tablets already)

I had a upper gi endoscopy performed 4 days ago. The doctor had told the pain would go away after a day. I still have pain in right side of throat even after 4 days. The pain occurs when swallowing or gulping just air. Should I be concerned or is this normal?
