Hi. The history is a little inadequate for now. Ear pain can occur due to many causes like bacterial or fungal infections, trauma to the ear, secondary to sinonasal infections etc. A detailed history in terms of ear discharge, hearing status, trauma, episode of a cold etc. would be really helpful to come to a conclusion
