Is Tab Vertin 16 mg and Vertizac helpful in curing continuous fainting and vomiting due to low blood pressure ( 95 - 65 mmHg)? If not, then which medicine is effective

I have lower jaw pain,ear pain with mild had swelling for more than 2 months. I didn't injure anywhere. Had sinus infection,took antibiotics.Sinus cleared up, but the jaw pain,ear pain didn't subside.Went to ENT and did Endo.No Infection in sinus and ear.He was not sure why I have swelling in jaw,pain under the ear. Went to dentist and he said might be TMJ or upper WT issue or minor crack on lower molar.No definite answer.I extracted my upper WT 2 weeks back. Still the same symptoms persist.Even before the extraction,I had neck pain. That side of the neck is sore and tender and mild swelling. It hurts to touch under the ear and neck. Continuous sore pain. Why it hurts to touch under the ear (jaw end) and neck? It feels like swollen.I do have post nasal drip, green/white discharge. Feel so tight in throat sometimes.It feels sore inside the ear after I wake up and get clogged in the day.Feel sore inside the ear, under the ear, neck,top right side of head. lymph nodes or glands issue?

I have developed an allergy to cigarette and other kinds of smoke . Symptoms are watery eyes , tiredness , itchy throat( most troubling symptom ) . There is no cough , sneezing etc . Just a bit of weakness and itchy throat . Nasal pathways are congested as well I am taking Sudafex ( antihistamine ) since past 20 days and beclomethasone nasal spray . There is some improvement but i am seeking a permanent solution. The itchy Throat is the main issue . The nasal spray has healed the nasal passages but the throat remains irritated and is very troubling Any help will be highly appreciated

Please guide to take supplements vitamins to get rid of tinnitus my pure tone audiology was normal. But sound in ears is regularly keep ringing. Also prescribe medications to treat it.

I get severe cough normally at night and only during the cold weather like rainy or winter season. Once the mucus is taken out cough stops and when the mucus is formed cough starts again. I feel difficult to breathe when mucus is formed. I was prescribed 'seroflo rotahaler' by doctor a year back. This medicine gives me relief when I get severe cough and difficult in breath. Also I have dust allergy. So what is the actual problem and help me with the permanent solution for cure.

I have suffering from something struck in my throat. For past few days it will come and cure by itself. And later for past 10 days its not going so doctor suggested it may be GERD. Because I having lot of gastrics problem. Also I have taken continuos medicine for 6 days Pantoprazole  feels like I have GERD with tonsils I can able to find white colour calculi little pain in larynx. Also I have mild congestion in starting of oropharyngeal region. Sometimes if I touch my throat left and right I feel pain like lymph nodes. Can i do biopsy of swollen lymph nodes from army hospital? I am suffering from lymph node swelling  for 7 months .fnac says reactive. Private clinic are expensive . Will they be able to correctly diagnose me?
