Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

During day time i have throat irritation i dont have fever cough or headache and dont pain in swallowing food.

Hi, Kindly help me in finding the reason for my head spinning feeling and fatigue and dizziness feeling. I normal use Bluetooth earphones for almost 8-10 hours a day. I had checked my BP is normal and my blood sugar is good too. So need to rule out is this the issue with my ear or any thing related to my brain. I am able to do my work normally but I am feeling like my head is spinning and some times blurry vision too. There is no headache or anything else. Kindly help me in ruling out what may be the issue. Hi Experts, I am having pain on my left ear from last week. Firstly i feel some pimple type thing on my ear after that my ear had been blocked also feeling less hearing after that. Now feeling extremely pain on my left ear. Due to covid situation i am avoiding to visit the clinic. Kindly suggest something. Attaching one pic of my left ear. In front of my neck right side near to trachea (thyroid area) having swollen and pain which is spreading to right ear,chest and cervical spine ...Having difficulty in swallowing. Sometimes having breathing difficulty.

I have blocked nose(nose congestion) and wet cough from Last 2 weeks, I have the sence of taste and smell, no fever, no head ace, cough will be max when I sleep, feeling something is blocking and releasing slowly(when i lay on bed). But no difficulty in breathing. Starting I took one course of Azithromycin (3 days)  antibiotics as I had wet cough, and Iam taking steem 3 times a day, and drinking hot water.

Hello Today while having lunch I swallowed chicken bone unnoticed which may be an inch. It initially got stuck in throat which gave pain, I immediately drank water. Now I am having pain in throat while drinking water also.. Is it dangerous.. I am worried Please help me out. Thank you
