Itchy ears. how many days of irrigation required? recommended brand of solvent? can I safely remove it myself?

Hello I have tinnitus since 2013 but recently around a week ago I had abscess and pain in my wisdom teeth on the top right hand side after that my tinnitus has increased alot, what should I do , should I get my teeth removed or will the teeth removal increase my tinnitus further.

I had operated in 2018 for removing of tonsils but still I have a pain in my throat badly. Please suggest
