Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have recurring pain in my tonsils. What could it be? I also have recurring throat pain. Are these related? I am having relief from when I started taking honey with pepper from throat pain. However, my tonsils' pain doesn't go. I have used homeopathy for 3 years for this but no use. And I am tired of using azithromycin and similar medicines for this. Could I get proper diagnosis and help? Thanks in advance!

I am a 21 year old male. i have an addiction of listening song. i am listening song at very high volume in my earphone/ headphone since 4 years. whenever i listen song I started thinking about an imagination, It increases my addiction. i want to know that does this addiction may leads to permanent loss of my hearing.

I'm experiencing intense giddiness/vertigo when turning my head, getting up, etc. and nausea for the past 2 days. Yesterday, I also had slight headaches lasting for 5 mins and burning eyes. I was taking Stugeron as advised by my friend (radiologist) for vertigo. I was also asked to stay in dark room for 2 days. Today I'm also experiencing blurry eyes along with vertigo. I'm unable to even get up from bed because of intense giddiness. How should I treat the symptoms at home? Is it a serious condition? What doctor should I consult?

The doctor referred me for a covid test yesterday for precautionary measures to a civil hospital. The thing for which I am worried that while taking nasal swab from my nose for covid test they hold my nose from the other hand whereas it is dangerous to touch nose nowadays.
