Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am experiencing following symptoms Red swelling inside nostril mainly on right and some on left since yesterday evening like that of sinus Dry nose but when i used nasoclear spray i had runny nose for a while then again it's dry but i would also like to mention that until this time i inhaled polluted air of a burning tube of tyre. Difficulty breathing was present for sometime yesterday but no issues today There was itching feeling in throat yesterday. Currently i am undergoing gastritis problem with regurgitation of food for which medication is undergoing. I inhaled a lot of dust since 4 or 5 days also. And the red swelling i was noticing since few days back but it was extreme yesterday. No history of allergies or sinus till now.

Is both paroxetine and dapoxetine medicine has oxotoxicity effect ??? If so will it affect my hearing ability ???

I am posting picture of my throat . Can some doctors please tell me whether it is a healthy throat or not ? Because I am seeing that one tonsil is slightly swollen not sure

Hi i am experiencing bubbles in my right ear , i am not having cold or nasal blockage and no wax accumulation and there is no pain at all but it is not normal as is my left ear request to suggest solution thankyou

I have sore throat from last 1 and a half month and red bumps on the back of my throat. I feel something stuck to my throat while i swallow. And there is some growth of  flesh tissue on both the side of my tonsils.

Before I didn't notice this,but day before yesterday I found a light swelling type in submandibular region it is painless ,but few days back I was having ear pain as well neck pain too ..now it has decreased.what should I do

Tonsil stone on one side stopped but started on other side .why? Also sore throat is there again I am gargling with betadine mouthwash

My wife started suffering from sinus with nasal polyps two weeks back, after taking medication adviced by docter. Not seen improvement in nasal polyps. Size of Polyps not changing to normal Attached is medication advised by doctor.
