Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

For the last 3 days my daughter is suffering from nasal congestion , she could not sleep well whole night and today her nose is running and water coming from eyes.

Can someone pl tell which medicine help to reduce increase bone or muscle around nose coz of hiting, and have sinus from some years pl tell any medicine

I had pharyngitis because of post nasal drip before,all of my reports are normal even IGE and eosinophils counts too...now pharyngitis is gone but still i have a post nasal drip and minimal mucosal thickning in right maxillary sinus,i had consulted an offline ENT for this and didnt got completely relief i had completed his course but i got frustated by post nasal drip and mucosal collection on the back of my throat i had used all medicines Bro-Zedex too but i didnt got the relief so one online ENT has adviced me to use Duonase nasal spray for one month because it all started because of 2-3 times constant sneezes after waking up and stuffy nose.so please tell me that can i use it for a month or not?each ENT is saying that it is normal but mucosal thickening and post nasal drip is getting frustating now. E.g: i had used Xylomist nasal drops for 3-4 days and otrivin adult oxy fast relief for 3 consecutive days.

I have a problem of nasal blockage from the last 1 year. Right side opens, the left one gets blocked and when left opens, the right gets blocked. Earlier the blockage was not frequent and happened not a big problem. But now from the last 4-5 months it happens 24×7. Sometimes, I feel difficulty in breathing. (No asthma problem)

From month of MAY I get persistent feeling of cough and at times I do spit out clear liquid kind of cough, major issue is from MAY coz I struggle to breathe, and mostly after food in the evening I feel feverish from last 1 month I went to a plumonologist he asked me to get blood test of Total IGE and absolute eosinophil count to which my IgE was 528 and Absolute count was 600 Which he said its kinda normal.. he gave me meds named Torkast FX and Spiodin AX for 15days which I ate but he comes to my town (jamshedpur) twice a week, I had those meds for 15 days My question is.. for this issue should I continue treatment from him or visit any ENT specialist Nd why i get cough, breathlessness and consistent cough what can be the reason behind. On my next visit he told he will get my PFT done. Plz suggest something.

Hi, I had my Tympanoplasty on 2014 and now again I'm having the rapture on my left ear I got my reports on 15 2020 February I took the medication doctor prescribed during the lockdown I have been taking anti allergic medication and for pain I'm taking P650. From 2 days I'm having worst pain in my ear cheek neck accompanied with headache from time to time as my area is under containment zones I'm not being able to go for check up can someone help me for the pain. For your reference I have also enclosed my reports and prescription.

Hi, I had throat itching problem 5 days back. Consulted a doc online & took levocetrizine for 2 day's. Pan 40mg for 3 days & azee max 500 mg for 3 days. The itching has gone 90%. Did 3 times salt water gargle a day. Sometimes I feel still 10% throat itching. Sometimes Max 3-4 times I cough because of itching. No fever. Kindly help.
