Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am having blocked nose, I feel pressure and also pain in My nose No cold and all.... My Nose is dry.

Just depending on this report should i be assured that it is nothing serious or i should go for biopsy. The characteristics look like benign because it is not increasing in size and moveable. What should i do? I also had swollen lymph nodes in groin. Size of lymph node is 1.2*0.7cm

Hi, 7 days back I had throat itching. Consulted doc online & took azee 500, pan 40 mg & levocetrizine for 3 days. Throat itching has gone 90% now. Hve continued the salt water gargling now. From yest night I have pain in the bridge of nose. Is it because of stress or any sinus infection.kindly help here for next process.
