Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Yesterday i was trying to clear my ear by using small ear bud .. but unfortunately dat bud hurted hear inside my ear n frm yeterday evening it was paining a lot.. nw today both ears r paining huge n due to dis getting suffer from headache also.. plz suugest any medicines or drop to get quick relief

I am having little irritation in my throat. No fever, no cough. But when i am trying to cough hard, there is little cough coming out. Is it GERD? Because last week I had GERD, took Mucaine Gel Syrup and it was fine.

This medicine Shown in picture Below is given by a doctor yesterday for Swollen Lymph Nodes or Lumps in Neck. He told me to take it in Morning and Evening. I forgot to asked him whether to take 1 tab (1/2 in morning and 1/2 in evening) or 2 tabs daily . I am afraid ki overdosage na ho jaaye Body mei. So Can i take 2 Tabs everyday?

Recently, i've been infected with running nose, headache, sore throat cough and and "mild" fever. I used mosquito coils few days back and I may have inhaled that smoke for some time in the room. From the next day onwards, I caught  running nose, headache, sore throat and cough. Is this harmful in some form? Is cipla cheston cold tablet safe to consume for cold,sore throat, cough and mild fever?

I am having eye stye very frequently in the past weeks but this is one is so painful, I am having eye stye since last Saturday and it's only giving me swelled upper eye lid daily , warm compress are not that useful in this condition, I took Ibuprofen yesterday and today also. Kindly let me know what can I do more.

I am having a problem of mucus (phlegm) in the morning every day when I wake up and it is white. I am suffering from Allergic Rhinitis and Asthma and I snore heavily. A few days ago, I underwent a home sleep test and I was found to be suffering from moderate Obstructive Sleep Apnea and my AHI was 15.7. Also, hypoxemia was detected and oxygen level fell upto 84%. I was advised Auto CPAP. I have read online about Injection Snoreplasty which is cost-effective? Is it effective in treating moderate OSA? Is it available in India? Should I go for it?

Wife has pain in right ear ...went to ent specialist doctor denying any sinus problem and said it may be joint pain so advice some medicine and test. Xray dental opg, esr and vitamin d3. Pls suggest your opinion about this problem and also suggest if xray opg is safe during this covid-19 times.
