Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Good eveng doctor iam 24 years old preasent in my throat uvula touches the tongue no pain during swalloing and cough just some discomfort in my throat. I have 3 months old baby doctor due to present corona situation every one scare to consult doctor in hosptal due to over croud in hosptal please doctor help me is this any serious condition?. I cant spend with my time my son due to throat problem please doctor help me😥🙏 please understand my situation

Im suffering from this condition since 3 weeks now. I started off with two antibiotic courses (Azy and Aug). Didn't work at all. I have tried Allegra/Allegra M along with antacids . Steam and gargles ( salt water and betadine). I also tried nasal decongestants ( Saline and Otrivin) for the inferior turbinate swelling in my nose I have no idea why the medicines and remedies are working. Please suggest me and give a idea about this.

Feel like somthing in my thoart like air or some time i have nasal congection in my one nose why this happening?

What are the causes of swollen lymph nodes in neck and groin region. The swelling is persistent for 7 months with no increase in size. Size is less than 1.5cm. Is there any possibility that it is not cancerous.if yes what are they? I had no other symtoms. Blood report is fine and ultrasound is also fine.

Dear Doctor's, Hope everyone doing great and safe. From last 2 moths I am feeling that like something stuck in the throat. Sometimes it's feel like all good but sometimes it will be like something is stuck which cousing problem in swallowing. I feel it's dry cough or throat mucus. I have been suffering from heaviness in my head for more than a month now along with fatigue but I do not have any runny nose ! I went and showed a General Physician who told me I have Sinus and prescribed me antibiotics for a week. I took those antibiotics but the issue still persisted. He has now told me to get a PNS CT Scan done. What should I do now as I know CT Scans increase the chance of an individual to have Cancer in the future ? Kindly advice, thanks.
