Hello doctor,
I facing ear clog and nose block& nasel drop problem from March 2020
I take multiple medicne(steroids tab & nasel spray) still I having same problem
One of the doctor suggested take CT SCAN PNS
I attached below any recommendations medicine

Hi...based on your history and CT report you have mechanical obstruction in both nasal cavities!! This is causing the discomfort!! But as you have mentioned you also have concomitant allergies...we can try few rounds of conservative treatment with antihistamines,topical steroid sprays!!! If they don't work(I.e sneezing is controlled but obstruction is not relieved/decreased) ...you have to go for surgery!!

Yes so your CT report says you have gross nasal septal devaition which can leas to nasal blockage and ear problem also.
What is the duration of your complaints.
What difficulties u r facing...
So many things we have to correlate.
