Hello Doctor, My Mother,70 yrs is having lot of pain in her throat since last 5 days and lot of weakness since 2 days. She is gargling with hot salt water and Betadine but no improvement. She is able to eat food properly just that she feels itching in the throat whole day and pain. She had urine infection in Feb, May and June(last 5 days) this year which is getting cured by medications. She is taking Norflox at present and the pain in urine has reduced. All blood tests and the reports are normal. She has BP and Diabetes. Takes Amlopres_5,Ecosprin-AV-75,Glycomet-500 S.R regularly. What type of medication (Antibiotics) or test is recommended? Could it be COVID19 by any chance? No fever no other symptoms of COVID. She also feels the taste of the food properly.

Hello doctors I had paranasal sinus fungal infection surgery last year in December. Since then I am on medication. I have a son of two years old. I am thinking of conceiving again as I am already 33. I had swollen lymph nodes for six months. Done fnac two times both came with same result that is non specific reactive lymphadenitis. But both time what happened ws when doc insterts his needle the node just burst and became shrink. But after some days it again came back to normal size. Like a ballon when needle is inserted. It happened both the times. What does this indicate?

Inner Ear Sensitivity and Migraine??? My left ear is super sensitive to even slight cold air/normal temperature. Sensitivity is always there, and it can trigger migraine on normal temperature. What can be done for this? Who treats inner ear migraine??? Looking for answers from Otaryngologist, Neurotologist, Neurologist. MRI / CT pns - normal.

I have very very slight swelling towards the left side of neck . My jaw and neck hurt when I press . Kindly let me know what can be done . The swelling is very light and no lump and no increase in swelling . The swelling is since 3-4 weeks . I have attached the photo also . I have wax in my ears. I want to clean it up but due to covid i am not able to visit any clinic. Can you suggest me any eardrop or any generic way to clear the wax for time being.
