Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have this constant feeling of something being stuck inside my nick near the voice box, it's been more than a year, it does not hurt, no issue while eating or drinking, no breath problems but it feels like something is stuck there it's on the right side, when I tip my head back and try to swallow the feeling gets stronger...it started right after a overnight fever more than a year back.. what it could be..?

There is slight deafness due to the use of earbuds in the left ear. It's been a week neither increasing nor decreased.

My doctor has given Rhinoprl nasal spray for nose block for 30days to be used twice a day with 2 putfs each nose.iam feared whether I will become addictive to it.i read in internet otrivin like sprays lead to addiction and rebound congestion.kindly advice on this

Sir, Last time when I visited you with my dog on 4th July we complained that she is itching too much in her ears and you gave us an ear drop but now after a month her right ear is red on the interior and a bit swell in comaprison to the left and also so the right side of her the hind leg is a bit red too. There is continuous heaviness in jaw and temporal region on left side of the face without any pain. Sometimes there is some pain in left eye and in left side teeth.

I have this allergy cold symptoms, have taken Montair FX tablet and Duonase Nasal spray for two weeks After completing the course of medicines after two days again the same sneezing and watery nose started. Can I continue the same medication for another two weeks or have to change the medication. Which tablet can I take . Please suggest

I have been suffering from burning sensation in the throat from last 3 months and I think because of that I have pharyngitis also...the burning is some time more some time less... I have searched on internet and from that i see my throat has cobblestones..can someone please answer what is this and what should i do?

I was advised for an USG Neck by my doctor because of having history of cervical tuberculous lymphadenitis as I suffered from TB in the year 1999 when I was 5-6 yrs of age. I told this to my doctor and he advised me for the same.The USG report shows that there is a small right submandibular lymph node measuring 9.9 × 6.6 mm. I consulted it with my doctor and he told me that this could be due to some past bacterial infection but also added that if my TB would have relapsed after years then there would be more than one lymph node of such type. I asked him whether this signifies any malignancy? To which he answered that such small lymph nodes less than 1 cm are hardly malignant and there's nothing as such. He also added that I must go for a repeat USG after 2 months to look whether its size increases or not. If it increases, then he advised me to go for an FNAC. I told him that I am having this lymph node from 2015. I had a CT of the neck in 2018 which didn't signify such. What you opine?
