Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Forehead sides, eyes are paining and nose is stuffy and mucus coming. What can be done. ? Please advice.

I'm having sinusitis what can do to not get cold? Doung all things required i still get cold. I'm really worried. I don't even eat any cold items

From three- five days I am feeling itching in my throat. Today I noticed tiny red spots in my throat. From yesterday, I am feeling pain on the left side of my neck (outside pain, not inside my food pipe). The pain only happens during Yawning, When I move my head upwards and when I am about to ly on the bed. Pains feel like Jaise mere neck ki skin khich rhi ho. I discovered small soft lump in my neck near to my Jaw. Today, i felt the same on right side. Is this Serious matter? Please help me and guide me . (Neither i face problem while swallowing nor breathing problem but i feel a lit bit dry throat)

I had swollen lymph nodes in upper posterior triangle in right side of neck for almost 7 months. The size of node is 1.2*0.7cm.Its size is constant throughout seven months. It is Moveable and firm. It was painfull before but not now. Fnac report says feature of reactive lymphadenitis in background of rbc. Is it possible for lymph nodes to stay swollen permanently even if it is from infection. Can it still b serious?

For sinusitis i'm using montelukast sodium and levocetirizibe hydrochloride tablet.. can i consume this tablet for daily basis?

Left ear pain...mild headache..decresed smell sensation...from ...last...one... Month. Took mometasone...montek ...azithromycin ..but still problem is there

I am a 29 year old male suffering from Moderate Asthma and Allergic Rhinitis. I am taking Seroflo 250/25 and momeflo nasal spray twice daily. Recently, I have undergone a sleep test and I have been diagnosed with moderate Obstructive Sleep Apnea and my AHI was 15.7. Should I go for CPAP or BiPAP since I have read online that BiPAP is more preferable for Asthamatics? Could you kindly advice?
