Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Since last few days I feel it moving pain below the jaw,in the neck,in the throat and in the chest.In the one area stopped shifting to other area.The pain in any particular area/body increasing pulse rate of that particular area.I am on the medicines tratment for the thorat infection by medicine ie Nexpro 40rd,Cloanam 0.25 IR .My all blood reports, ECG and Chest X ray are normal.Spo2 level too above 90. Currently I don't have any fever/cough.The blood reports also normal. Does it any reaction around the body.This symptoms peratain to any disease. What was the main causes of this disturbing my daily sleep and routine.

This condition is since 40 days now. I tried all medicinal courses which includes the antibiotics (Azy, Aug) , Antacids for the acid reflux , took Allegra M to treat any allergic reaction causing the Post nasal drip. Salt water gargle , betadine gargle and steam inhalation was done too. My problem is the granulation is not decreasing at all. Its still the same as it was on day one. Im worried about the granulation actually. Tell me what can I do to reduce the granulation and make it normal like before. Please prescribe me any medicines with their name to reduce the granulation. Hi had my vocal cord polyph removal surgery microlarygnscopy done 3 weeks back but still my voice is hoarse and felt something got stuck in my throat and felt cough is it normal to feel all this after this surgery?I want to know how much  maximun time vocal cord will take to fully heel ?My doctor asked to take voice rest as much as possible ...I want to know when I will talk comfortably without any hoarseness of my voice?

4 days back I scratched a bit in my ears and now its paining, long back (2yrs) I visited ENT and he told me some tissue is growing nd so to control the growth he gave me an antibiotic which I dont remember now also he gave me Neosprin H ear drops Today I took Azithral 250mg.. What meds should I take, it pains a bit when I use earphones normally its not paining much.. plz suggest any meds Im not visiting ENT right now coz of covid. Any meds, antibiotics or drops which I should use? Can I eat azithral for next 3 days?

My son is 13 years old and his eyes are red since 3-4 months . We did see a doctor and he gave some medicine however the eyes are again red

Do i have sinus related problem if a i have congestion feeling above the eyebrows and behind the ears...and how often a day taking steam would help??

7 years back I had surgery in my left ear due to pus discharge, doctor has performed Mastoiditis surgery and it was fine for 6 years . From last month I'm feeling kind of wetness in the same ear and pus started discharging again. Went to a ENT doc, he said it's Chronic Mastoiditis and suggested X-ray and X ray report said : X-RAY MASTOIDS ( BOTH SIDE ) BILATERAL Mild sclerosis of left mastoid cells. Otherwise mastoid air cells on both side are pneumatized. No obvious bone destruction. Dural and Sinus plates are intact. I have hear loss in both ears, left ear hearing is better, but right ear hearing is worse. I was planning to get my right ear surgery for better hearing. But left rear disease seems to be prominent. If I get my left ear surgery done for Chronic mastoiditis, how much would be the recovery time ? Will the hearing gets improved more or will it get worse ? Post the left ear recovery I'm planning for right ear surgery. Need suggestions. Thank you. -----------------------

Since 3 months , I have been suffering from excess throat mucus, constant urge of clearing throat , sometimes sore throat , sometimes cough with sticky mucus . I am unable to figure out what is the problem with my throat . Sometimes it becomess red

There is some kind of bubbles (pimple /ulsar) type inside tongue. Refer attached pics. No medication going on currently. Sometimes it itching but no pain. No fever and no other allergies.
