CT PNS REPORT:
There is mild insignificant mucosal thickening in bilateral ethmoid and maxillary sinuses and Bilateral inferior and middle nasal turbinates show mild mucosal hypertrophy with mild mucosal thickening in bilateral middle meatus also.

Cockroach (Periplaneta americana), (i206) = 0.30kUA/L.
House Dust Mite (D.farinae), (d2) =0.32kUA/L

Symptoms:
Frequent sore throat with itiching.
Continuous flow of sputum in throat
Sputum is sticky jelly like sometimes black in colour.

3.hexidine mouth gargle BD fir a week
4. avoid cold beverages and food
5.drink luke warm water
