Hi...surgery for Endoscopic Septoplasty depends on how severe are the symptoms of the patient. If there is persistent nasal obstruction, nasal discharge & difficulty in breathing, especially at night...it is best to go ahead with the surgery. If there are symptoms of sneezing and persistent nasal discharge... evaluation for allergies is also required. Meet an ENT specialist and get proper evaluation done.
