Left ear CT Scan report
HRCT findings of left temporal bone reveal complete opacification of middle ear cavity, mastoid antrum and air cells with erosion of scutum and extension into external auditory canal with multifocal bony erosions of its both anterior and posterior walls. Findings are in favour of chronic otomastoiditis with cholesteatoma formation and otitis externa. Suggested- Histopathological correlation. Above is the report of my left Ear Ct scan. Please give me the detailed explanation as to what could be the possible treatment of this and where. Although I'm in consultation with another doctor but I want to consult another one who has deep understanding of this subject.
