Hi U have deviated nasal septum with a bony spur Dns is common but with sinus infections is notable and for u the turbinates are also increased in size ...if the bony spur impinges on turbinates chance of bleeding exists... Better to get FESS(nasal endoscopic surg)where they vil remove spur by mild drill and get ur septum deviation corrected...
