Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

One of my ear is blocked and I am not able to hear clearly. When I burp at that time I feel pain in my right ear. My ear feels heavy so can you suggest me ways in which I can de clog my ears .

There's a boil in right ear canal which has bursted and bleeding. Which lotion can be applied to get relief?

Can a small cap full of hydrogen peroxide be poured in ears to clean the ears? I use it monthly once and don't have any problems so far. Is it right to use it? Are there any drops that can be used to clean ears safely or a visit to ENT mandatory? I don't want to visit a clinic due to Corona.

I'm doing gargle and taking steam daily Today i got my covid test done as my parents are positive so got my test done today i dont have any symptoms. After the test 1 hour later i was spitting blood with saliva it was not stopping 10 times i spitted blood with saliva is it because of the throat swab test? As they took sample from my throat.
