Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have a sore throat for about 1 month now and because of this i don't feel well and scared is anything wrong.

My father suffered with brain stem stroke on 12th April. Currently able to swallow 30-40teaspoons in a day of water, liquid etc. He tries to speak but jaw movement is not swift. When Tracheostomy could be removed? Currently on Omnicortil tablet for 21days. Anything else could be done for faster TRACHEOSTOMY TUBE removal?

Hello, I'm seeing my daughter sneezing from last 10 days I see very small red dots inside her deep mouth top side. Today she's saying feeling some pain between throat and ears. What might be the reason, and any medicine for this? Also let me know if we can follow any home remedies. Thank you.

Since yesterday I have had nose bleeding multiple times, yet I have lost much blood,now i am feeling unwell in my head. In past I had this problem, but every time it stopped after bleeding once

I lost my smell and taste since the past 10 days with some mild head and face ache. And I don't have fever,cough,cold, throat pain etc.. What is the problem for this? How to treat this problem?

I have blocked nose since last 2 months but no mucus in nose and  have mucus in throat These issues are intermittent.I took Allegra for 6 days and felt relieved but the symptoms are back after 10-15 days. I also have sore tongue and it burns even when I am on diet free from all spicy food .I am taking becasules but is not helping please advise.
