Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am overusing alcohol based sanitizer to disinfect things I have cinus issue whenever I use sanitizer my nose gets block

I had severe nasal congestion and coughing issue with GERD, it felt like my throat was choking. I consulted an ENT. He said it's Rhinosinusitis and advised me to have Histrafee-1 month, Rabekind- 15 days, Furamist AZ-1 month, Steam Inhalation- 15 days. My IgE level is normal(around 19). But I still feel like coughing, it feels like I've inhaled smoked and there's an urge to cough, plus there this choking issue in my chest and throat as well, it feels like the food has got narrow but the doctor says it looks absolutely fine, all I have is slight disalignment of sputum. If I take anything slightly cold or sour or spicy I start coughing and my throat hurts. Kindly help.

Hello sir/mam, from last few months i am having cough but the cough isnt continuous it stays for 2days then again i feel normal and agin after 3-4 days i have cough but the cough is only at night and the cough is moderate... i do not have cold or throat pain or anything just cough which comes and goes after few days this is happening from last few months and i also have to clear out liquid from the throat again and again... i dont even have sinus and post nasal drip as per the family doctor. So what could this be cough and thick liquidish which i need to clear it put again and again

Under the left ear it is swollen and it's paining from day before yesterday. I feel the pain like pointy. I feel the pain all around the ear. What is the remedy for this. Should I consult a ENT specialist or go with some medicines. If medicine please prescribe.

Since three months I have problems in throat feeling something in throat . I have taken medicine for acidity and antibiotics but now only feeling occasionally mild sprain in muscles of throat till back of ear and lower jaw . I am taking medicine for high B P and thyroid . Both r Normal.

I am suffuring from allergic cold for 13 years what should i do from this what medicine should I take to cure permanatly

I have ear pain since two days and seems like its TMJ, happened 1 year ago. Got myself checked from a local doc in bangalore. Cant remenber the meds but she gave me onenac ointmnt. Pls advice some medicine as i am avoiding going out to the hospitals n clinics.

Hello all, from last 3 day I am experiencing loss of smell and taste. I can lightly smell Vicks . I thought I would catch cold and with that fear I had cetrizine. Now after having cetrizine I suddenly woke up with loss of smell and taste. I am taking steam inhalation . I have no fever, no cough , no shortness of breath. I am worried since I keep on reading articles that claim loss of smell os associated with COVID 19. Plz help

For more than a week I am having difficulty swallowing food. My throat and chest hurt when I have to swallow solids, liquids are easy to swallow but having proper food without any pain is not possible. There is some mild dry cough as well. Do not have any acidity or gastric issue currently. The sensation in the throat or chest are of pain and not burning that happens with acidity. Will this go away on its own in a few days? What is it?

I had repeated throat infections in June. After that I have started problem in speaking. It's strenuous and sometimes I get breathy also while speaking. I am trying to speak less and taking steam thrice a day. What can I do to get well? Will it be ok or it will remain like this? What exactly is the problem? Please advise.
