Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I get severe cough normally at night and only during the cold weather like rainy or winter season. Once the mucus is taken out cough stops and when the mucus is formed cough starts again. I feel difficult to breathe when mucus is formed. I was prescribed 'seroflo rotahaler' by doctor a year back. This medicine gives me relief when I get severe cough and difficult in breath. Also I have dust allergy. So what is the actual problem and help me with the permanent solution for cure.

I have suffering from something struck in my throat. For past few days it will come and cure by itself. And later for past 10 days its not going so doctor suggested it may be GERD. Because I having lot of gastrics problem. Also I have taken continuos medicine for 6 days Pantoprazole  feels like I have GERD with tonsils I can able to find white colour calculi little pain in larynx. Also I have mild congestion in starting of oropharyngeal region. Sometimes if I touch my throat left and right I feel pain like lymph nodes. So please check the image and say whether it is tonsils or some other issues thanks

Is it possible to remove earwax without using any drops...... if yes than how to remove earwax safely without using any drops or instruments??

Can i do biopsy of swollen lymph nodes from army hospital? I am suffering from lymph node swelling  for 7 months .fnac says reactive. Private clinic are expensive . Will they be able to correctly diagnose me?

M suffering from gerd and i took pantocid,rapicip,sucral susspension , gaviscon from last fews days condition is little bit mouth burning sensation is over bt still i have irritation in throat so how much time it will take to recover?? And medicine is over today which Medicine i will continuefor how many days ??

There is a small pimple like structure formed inside the ear (Image attached here with) now some pus is coming out from it. Feeling some pain now. Currently using ciplox drop. Pls guide further on this. Thanks

Dear Sir, Last month I suffer from irritation on throat like I feel something stuck on my throat and acidity.I consulted Dr.suggested it is tonsils. And there 2 tonsils in both side of throat it is cleared. Again these month same tonsils found in another place of throat. Why it is coming again. Is there is any other issue am suffering from? Any other virus is caused?

Does corona virus spread through blood clots like those that occur near finger nails due to tearing of skin? Or those due to injecting needles or glucometer lancets?
