Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I hv sinus infection from childhood but from 2 3 months I started dey nasal rubbery like congestion and middle chest congestion then started some allergies pills like allegra m it made my sinus infection worsen and had side effects on me whenever I had meal I started dry rubbery like nasal congestion please consult me something

I am having black specks in cough sometimes ,I am not smoker but I am having cough problem in early morning and after food, I have been suffering from GERD from one year and taking tablets for it ! But I get worried about cough

I have been having breathing difficulties with alot of sputum and mild fluctuating temp which is 98.7 to 98.8 and i also have gerd sometime i feel my burp is trapped in chest which is why i feel breathing issues

I had swollen lymph nodes 1.2*0.7cm in back of neck for six months. Fnac says non specific reactive lymphadenitis. The node was hard and moveable. Now im taking anti inflammatory medicine. After two days the node has became very soft like sponge. Wht does this indicate? Should i continue it?

In last one week sometime water like fluid is running through my nose but i dont have any cold like symptoms. Once it happened before bedtime and once while i was doing exercise, i dont have any kind of pain around my nose as of now, but can i know what can be the reason.? During my childhood i use to have problem of bleeding nose now my nose doesn't bleed much. Please let me know if anything is serious.

Can we use hydrogen peroxide to clean the ears. If any insects went into the ear while sleeping, for this purpose to remove those can we use hydrogen peroxide for clean the ears. Please clarify my doubt. Thanking you sir.
