Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have some uneasiness in my throat it's been almost a couple of week now.. It's like I want to cough but m not. I did gargle multiple times but no relieve. I took cough syrup for 2 days didn't help.. I don't have fever.

I have been feeling a blockage in my left ear and I feel like I hear less from the left ear in compare to right ear. What am I supposed to do? Please guide

I am feeling vertigo and fluid in ear , some times ringing of air in the ear. I have used vertin 8 mg daily one for 5 days . But it's not completely cured. Can any body provide home remedies and also additional medication for the Above.

Çan i use aclotop sp as anti inflammatory medicine. I had swollen lymph nodes in back of neck for six months.

I had cold and fever in January and since then i lost my sense of smell and taste. Plus, my cold didn't went away completely. My nose is congested/ blocked since january and i get a runny nose as soon as i eat something. Using a nasal spray makes it worse. It's been 6 months since i lost my sense of smell and taste. I've been using saline solution since last 3 months and have been taking steam with eucalyptus oil and tea tree oil but nothing seems to work

Can structure of swollen lymph node if it's cancer ? What is the sign of painless or with pain lymph node ? Can I have half of the swollen lymph nodes with pain and without pain?

I am having dull pain in left side of teeth, ear , jaw and left side of eye feels dry and when to turn my head right side my trapezius muscle on left pains and also I have some swollen lymph nodes in neck and my uvula have a ulcer kind of projection. Are these symptoms of anything serious?

2 Years back he had an accident while driving a Car. He was hit by other car from behind and from that day onwards he was diagnosed with Accute Vertigo and Cervical. He has been prescribed with Vertin 4mg as well as 8mg(when pain is unbearable) and Stemetil MD. During this treatment he has been prescribed with few Physiotherapy sessions also. But due to his ongoing situation of him, I think the medicines are not helping in curing his problem. And also one more thing he is a diabetic patient(for the past 4-5 years). Kindly please help in suggesting other remedies/treatment through which he gets benefited.
