Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Sir.. It been three plus month ...i have been through a lots of stress ..and cause of it i suppose i have a block dry nostril mostly my left side and a few times by right one too never both together ..i dont have cold..or any sort of mucus ,even if i block my nose ..and i release it get worst if ..i get stress..there are times when they are both open .but this is going one for 3 month if it get block a lots i feel feverish but temperture is nornal.to add to it i have taken a lots of different types of pills mostly over the counter pills and a few antibiotics. .any help or suggestions .. Thank you

My wife has been suffering from nose block and runny nose from quite sometime ! She was told by doctor that she has allergies that she has caught during the home stay - medicine was given and after the medicine stoppage , it still came back ! She has blocked nose 24x7 and when she wakes up she starts sneezing! She doesn't eat anything cold nor anything that would trigger her nose blockage ! She started doing nasal water technique ( nati pot) also still after that she got nose blockage and runny nose ! What should we do ? This is getting worse

Had a cold (white water discharge) few days back took citrizine tablet 3 days now it's ok without any problem but I am unable to smell anything after these days. No fever , Cold and Cough

First diognosed as OSMF III 10 months back, used antioxidants and kenakart ointments. But now these ULCRS growing up and adding more and upper lips ulcers are flat. Now leathery like feeling inside the cheeks, SUNKEN CHEEKS WITH HEAVY BURNING OF MOUTH., EVEN IF I USE WITHOUT CHOLLY ITEMS RED LIKE ULCERS ON THE FLOOR OF THE MOUTH. HEAVY WATERING COMING OUT FROM MIUTH BURNING SENSATION OF MOUTH SURELY SQAMOUS CELL CSRCINOMA MIGHT HVE DEVELOPED PLEASE CURE ME

Day before Yesterday i brought a medicine 'Amoxycillin &Potassium Clavulanate Tablets IP' from doctor for Swollen Lymph Nodes or Lumps in Neck. But from yesterday i am feeling shortness of Breath. I am also suffering of Acidity and gas , i was having Breathing problem from last four days (might be due to gas/anxiety) but was very very less but after taking this medicine i am feeling more shortness of breath. I am also feeling Sore throat and cough in my throat( gargling helps a lot) which sometimes come out very little (white in colour). What should i do? Should i stop taking this medicine.?Please help me. (These painless Swollen Lymph Nodes are giving me lot of stress from last 1.5 weeks.)

I have mild symptoms of covid for last 8 days. Started with fever for a day with throat irritation and cold. Then fever stopped. Main symptom is cold and loss of smell now. Sp02 is 97-98. Temp is 98.0-98.5. I feel warm breath sometimes. After 8 days what are the chances of covid getting worse and fever return in such cases?
