Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been suffering from ear ringing problem since 6 months. Audiometry test done and took medicines suggested by ent doctor due to some problem in audiometry. There is no recovery. Now I have headache and ear ringing on right side and nausea.please suggest.

Yellowish white spots inside mouth in arch and in oropharynx, symmetrical History: I took amoxicillin 500 for decayed molar teeth incase of any infection. 2.10 days back I ate raw green grams which was soaked water for 2 days. 3. No symptoms, no pain while swallowing or any discomfort. 4. No fever. Bad habit: gutkha I stopped gutkha 2 months ago. I am inspecting my mouth daily from 2019 November. I got this spots exactly 10 days ago. Is this scamous cell carcinoma 😖😖🙄😟? No smoking habits or alcohol.

Respected doctors, Iam using nasal washing with  syringe rubber using warm salt water everyday.is it advisable to do everyday ? Pls help

Dr 5 days before I went to ent for my throat pain that time my ent Dr pressed my tonsil so hard so that bit swelling is there at R8 side tonsil. And apart from that I have R8 side throat ache... When I breath long and deep my R8 side throat hurts and pains... Actually deep side of my throat m seeing some ulcer.. Can't take pic... Pls suggest me wt to do... Taking sucralfate cepodem n zerdol sp

Is this occipital swollen lymph node or cervical lymph nodes. What is the level of this lymph nodes. Does it look cancerous?

Hi sir I went partial turbinectomy 1 yr back for hypertrophied turbinates and sinusitis. But the nasal obstruction has not subsided and there is lot of crusting even now. Iam afraid i might have got atrophic rhinitis. And i also have pharyngitis problem and sore throat also . Iam suffering from this alot please help me. I feel like a sort of bad breath through my nose.
