Hi Dr am Anandhi here , am facing dry cough issue for past 3 weeks , this is not coming as continuesly , every 10 mins once it come , pls suggest me a medicine to cure this .

Tab.allegra 120mg night once a day,tab.pan40mg morning once a day for 15 days
