Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

24M No previous medical history No medication ,Non Smoker I feel pain and swelling at Left back side of Neck where it meets shoulders. On pressing although I don't find lump , the spot where it hurts the most, I can feel something different inside it, like some nerve inside enlarged and painful The symptoms are since 7 days taken ibruofen ( 5 days twice a day)  and applied diclofenac gel no any relief yet! Pain Doesn't aggrevate on neck motion but feels immense when that part is pressed. (Pain level 6 out of 10) Is there any lymph node in this region?

I had swollen lymph nodes size is 1.2*0.7cm in back side of neck. There are also some small nodes size is less than 0.5cm but palpable which was not earlier. Fnac report says it is non specific reactive lymphadenitis. The node is moveable. Its constant for 6 months.

Hi, My father (age-65)(weight-55) is experiencing pain in the right ear from last two days. The pain is in the "middle of the ear" as well as just "behind the ear". The pain was not so severe on day one, but it increased on the second day. He cannot sleep by that side as the pain was severe. The pain also increases by touching the ear. For information there is no redness near or inside the ear area. Also there is no liquid discharge or any other Symptoms. Also father is using hearing aid from the last two years. He is taking high BP and  blood clotting tablets from last 5-6 years. I could have taken him to the doctor but there are no EnT specialist in my town. Secondly I am avoiding his movement out of house because of the covid situation (considering his age). For diagnosis, I am attaching some pictures. Requesting the Dostors to please prescribe some medicines,as I could not take my father to the hospital. Thanks

I have been operated for carcinoma thyroid for right side in sep 2007. Till then I have not done any check up. My both ears are paining but not continously. But my right side area below the jaw line is paining now. Is this normal infection of ear pain or due to carcinoma.

TOBACCO chewing addiction caused osmf III At first, sunken cheeks with white patches on And bands, since 10minths  , PATCHES are red and white under lower cheeks, lot of burning INCREASING day by day. Under the tongue and ion the floor of the MOUTH there are boils painful. Now,ulcers on the lips are growing adding more and more. Unhealing since 5 months. Soft palate BURNING. I don't want to be BIOPSIED OFBTHE LIPS OR ANY ORGAN. BUT DEFINITELY OSMF TURNED TO OSMF. BEING IN VILLAGE U AREA, UNABLE TO MEET AND GET TREATMENT. I DON'T WANT TO BE BIOPSIED. KINDLY ADVISE MEDICATION. THSNK YOU

Small red spots ( point like) on roof of mouth and itching ocuurs only. It is from 5 days and only itching is a problem.

Hi, Is there any doctor who has a success rate in treating tinnitus. I got to know about tinnitus when one day my doctor told me to observe if I am able to hear any sounds in silence and yes, I was and then he said there is no treatment for this. Sometimes I feel sensitivity in ears in front of loud noises, I get irritated while hearing loud noise. I feel pain also while using earphones for taking office calls. I am not able to use earphones for a longer time. Before lockdown, I quit using earphones completely.Can anybody please help ? My location is Faridabad. I got my hearing test done. One doctor says that I have some hearing loss, other says there is no hearing loss.

Hello doctor in my right ear i am feeling fluid movement when i turn my head. Last 2/3 month. I have a motion sickness and feel vomit. Is this reason of ear fluid imbalance?
