Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Iam in home quarantine as I returned from another state.i usually have sinus head ache every seasonal change.i take no medication and usually good sleep would suffice.now while in qntne i started having mucos heavily in Ulva and throat.But No fever, cough,cold,sneezing,throat pain.had slight breathing difficulty bcoz somewhere nose is getting blocked bw throat and nose.consulted doc and done covid test and result awaiting.they gave amoxcyulin cetrizine and rantidine and one nasal saline drops. After three dozes wheezing seems to be minimized.i do steam inhalation and gargling too .but after taking steam through mouth iam feeling heavy lump in throat and chest and muscles ache.what could be it???Until rantidine usage i had acidity reaching my chest...Are they related... diddixult in swallowing saliva but food seems ok..Pls reply as I am unable to meet ant ENT owing to current pandemic.

I have sinus issue for many years.nowadays while in sleep i snore heavily that at a point I loss complete breathe and awake.what can be the cause?Could there be a block or polyp inbtw?

I went to dentist 3 days ago. The doctor confirmed sanitisation of place and was wearing protective gear during the treatment. Otherwise maintained social distance with mask on. Should I be worried about getting covid ? Since my visit I have a strange urge to cough esp in throat

I'm facing an issue with sore throat and mild cold from 3 weeks .I have visited doctor and he did all the possible tests and confirmed that there is a slight infection and prescribed antibiotics and Nasal spray for 5 days . But I don't see any improvement even after using antibiotics for more than 10 days. I have used Azythromicin, Acleofenac, MD CV 625 tablets .Please let me know what can be the actual problem.

I m having mild Pain in bottom of throat since about around 4 months, earlier during consultation it is informed as GERD, I have prescribed Somproz D tab for 15 days a little felt better.sometimes still it will be there.

Small blister type of growth is there on the upper back side of throat, visible when I open my mouth with tongue in. Noticed them two days back.
