Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Dear sir Attached picture the same finger side pain is coming I dont have any fever cold cough just since 2 days am getting pain in shown side of pic internal throat .. I hope this is not tonsils and I know about tonsils .. The pain am feeling like if I drinking water or rice eating taking inside the pain was coming .. even if I take spit inside the pain is coming I am confused can u advice me what is that actually .. and pls advice any tablet thanks..

I am having ear wax in both of my ears. Any drops which will help to clean. I dont have any pain but want to remove the ear wax.

Is this cancerous lymph nodes or reactive lymph nodes. These nodes are Persistent for six months. Fnac says non specific reactive lymphadenitis. These nodes are painless and moveable.

सामान्य चिकित्सा सर मेरे गले में लगभग 20 दिनों से यह एहसास हो रहा है कि कुछ अटक गया है, कभी कभी दर्द भी होता है, मैं कन्फर्म नहीं हू पर यह दायीं तरफ होता है. बुखार नहीं है, सर दर्द भी नहीं है, कभी कभी हल्का सा कान दर्द होता है. थोरी सी थकावट महसूस होती है. कृपया सलाह दे, मुझे क्या हुआ है और क्या करना चाहिए.

I have swollen lymph nodes of 1.2*0.7cm in side of neck for 6 months. It is moveable and bit painfull. It has not increased in size. Other symtoms were nosebleed, nasal congestion, constant transparent phlegm and post nasal drip which has resolved now.But lymph nodes is still there. What can be possible diagnosis. Can it be cancer??

I have 100+ fever since yesterday with extreme body pain. Since I have taken paracetamol, its better now. Is it safe to travel from Bangalore to Delhi?

I've had a painless bump on the roof of my mouth for the last 2.5 weeks. I first noticed it after I had some very hot coffee, so thought it must be because of that. However, it has now been 2.5 weeks and it has not gone away, so I'm a bit worried. I used dologel 2-3 times, but I kee forgetting to apply it consistently. Kindly advise as bumps like this have previously resolved on their own within a week but this one hasn't. Also i've been on b12 injections for 1 month so i know that's not the issue. Slight pain on right side of throat since 2 months gargling 3 times a day with salt water visited dr taken many antibiotics but not full relief.i had my blood report & thyroid reports they were normal only it showed some infection.even i had x-ray of neck & chest all normal.what shall i do now

Is it possible for lymph nodes to stay swollen without change in size for 6 months. I had swelling in back of neck of 1.2*0.7cm.fnac report says feature of reactive lymphadenitis and impression says non specific reactive lymphadenitis.Only symptoms were nosebleed once in month and nose blockage 3,4 months back but resolved now. Can it still be cancer??

About a few months ago, my right ear was blocked suddenly and my feeling was exactly the same as what happens when someone goes to a higher altitude like mountains and the ear suddenly becomes heavy and difficult to hear properly.Then I consulted to an ENT specialist and at that time he told me that due to cold it was happened.And within a few days of his prescribed medicine, I was completely cured.But suddenly for a week now,I am having the same problem again.Kindly help me out from this problem I don't know why this is happening to me again.
