Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Feels like something stuck in her throat from last 2 days. She is having doubt that may be soap foam or any spray entered while bathing or working.

For the past couple of months, I was having frequent headaches accompanied by pressure and pain at sinuses. Occasionally I was having a kine of pale yellow discharge also from nose. Recently I consulted an ENT specialist who advised me to go for a PNS CT scan which i took already and showed him. I was able to show him the films only because the result wasn't available that time. He told me that there is nothing to worry and the headache I'm having is of vascular type and has got no connection with my sinus. He prescribed a beta blocker for the headache along with an antibiotic for sinus pain. But unfortunately I'm still having the same problem. Due to outbreak of corona, I'm not able to go and visit him again. I'm attaching the PNS CT scan result also for your reference. Can anybody help me with this by advising if there is anything serious mentioned in the result or if I've to do something really quick. Thank you in advance.

Can CBC detect sinus ?? I was having symptoms but my CBC is normal ..what does this mean ? I have sinus or not ??

I feel like sometime my left nose nasal congection but breathing is going on in both the nose...why i feel nasal congection

I have been facing this issue since years. There is a sudden accumulation of Mucus in my chest and Thorat without any Recent Cough and Cold history. And it's gets so worst that i have chest pain after it and slightly shortness of breath in between for few minutes. And smell in breathe too. I constantly have to take hot fluids to rid of it but it comes back within few weeks or months and the same repeats. Is there any solution to it.

I had swollen lymph nodes in neck and groin region. Size of neck lymph nodes is 1.2*0.7cm.Groin is 0.8*0.6cm.It is for 6 months and size is constant. Fnac says non specific reactive lymphadenitis. No symptoms yet . Blood report, esr is 5.what should i do? Can it be lymphoma.

Im suffering from throat pain , when wake up feeling worst though to swallowing, doing gargling hot water with salt.3,4 Times no use. Please suggest best medicine.

I had posterior superficial cervical lymph node swelling (1.2*0.7cm) for 8 months. Size has not changed . It is bit hard and moveable. I can literally feel the whole node from starting to end nd also from other side. It is very close to skin. Ws painfull before but not now Fnac done five months ago which said non specific reactive lymphadenitis.Can it be lymphoma or metastatic cancer. I was told that node from infection settle in one month. So i was worried.

How to treat nasal polyps.which nasal spray is preferable.i am allergic to perfumes and refrigerated water.

I have been feeling some kind of itchiness in throat down for the last 20 days.. no other issues.. and it feels like there is some small nut down in the throat and floats
